- Certified status must reflect valid MOE recognition or documentation.
2. Respectful Communication
- Harassment, hate speech, and personal attacks are not tolerated.
- All interactions should remain professional and respectful.
3. Transparency in Representation
- Only services and destinations with genuine affiliations should be listed.
- Logos or names of partner institutions must be used with permission.
4. Compliance with Nepal Government Regulations
- All consultancies must comply with MOE and legal requirements.
- Unregistered entities are not allowed to claim certified status.
5. Student Safety and Privacy
- User data must be protected and not shared without consent.
- Privacy laws and ethical standards must be upheld.
6. Prohibition of Fraudulent Activity
- Fake offers, forged documents, and scams are strictly prohibited.
- Content plagiarism or misrepresentation will result in penalties.
7. Sponsored Listings
- We allow consultancies to sponser in our listing pages, feature, banner banner, and other features.
- Sponsorship does not imply government recognition.
8. Reporting Misconduct
Any misuse of the platform can be reported via our Contact Page. All reports will be reviewed promptly.
9. Enforcement
- Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.
- Severe breaches will be reported to legal authorities.
